Nous recherchons actuellement un
Senior Supplier Quality Engineer Consultant
basée à
Lyon, France*
. pour renforcer notre équipe Qualité. Vous aurez un rôle clé dans l'assurance qualité de notre réseau de fournisseurs, en garantissant la conformité des produits tout au long du cycle de vie : depuis la sélection des fournisseurs, à l'introduction des nouveaux produits, jusqu'à la production en série.

Your missions

  • Être responsable de la qualité des fournisseurs de votre portefeuille tout au long du cycle de vie du produit.
  • Participer à la sélection des fournisseurs et évaluer leur capacité à répondre aux exigences techniques et qualité.
  • Assurer un lancement de projet sans défaut en appliquant les méthodologies APQP et en validant les PPAP.
  • Piloter les actions d'amélioration continue avec les fournisseurs afin d'atteindre des niveaux de performance de classe mondiale.
  • Réaliser des audits qualité et des analyses de risques fournisseurs.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Achats, Ingénierie, Production et Après-vente pour garantir la satisfaction client.
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des non-conformités et mettre en place les actions correctives adaptées.
  • Construire un réseau de partenaires solides, tant en interne qu'en externe.

Your profile

  • Expérience confirmée (3 à 5 ans) dans l'industrie automobile.
  • Expertise dans les procédés d'usinage et l'assemblage de produits complexes.
  • Capacité à analyser les risques, établir des plans d'actions correctifs et piloter leur mise en œuvre.
  • Excellent communicant, capable de fédérer des équipes transverses et de créer des relations durables avec les fournisseurs.
  • Sens aigu du détail, rigueur et forte capacité à travailler en autonomie.
  • Très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Mobilité pour effectuer des déplacements réguliers chez les fournisseurs.

*Requirements*

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur ou expérience technique équivalente.
  • Bonne connaissance des standards qualité ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP.
  • Solide maîtrise des outils digitaux et bureautiques (ERP, Excel).
  • Permis de conduire valide.
