POSITION AND MISSIONS
You join the GSM Personalized team as part of a 6-month fixed-term contract as an Assistant Manager. You assist the portfolio managers in the daily management of portfolios, market analysis, position monitoring as well as in the preparation of communication materials (client reports, quarterly reports for bankers...)
On a daily basis, your missions are to:
- Reportings: Production of specific reports for tailor-made mandates (live bonds, structured products).
- American and European stock analysis : Creation of monitoring tools for our universe, update of analysis sheets and participation in the monthly review meeting of our portfolio values.
- Structured products : Launch of calls for tenders, referencing with life insurance companies, indicative quotes using pricing tools and production of the monthly letter to clients.
- Help with the passage of orders : Passage of block orders on modeled portfolios, processing of insurance liquidity requests, debtor management, referencing of new funds or securities in our systems and monitoring of performance gaps and/or allocation (manager alert).
- Commercial follow-up:Tracking of collection and withdrawal data by manager, by institution, production of a quarterly document for clients containing performance elements, mandate positioning and main convictions.
