What You'll Do
- Perform routine testing of analytical samples (impurity and potency assays) to support process development
- Participate in Assay Method development & Method qualification for monoclonal antibody
- Participate in characterization of early and late stage biotherapeutics (mAbs) using diverse biological assay formats
- Data analysis and presentation
- Support technology transfer to Quality Control Laboratory
- Writing protocols, SOPs, reports & Technical documents
- Working in aseptic environment
Who You Are
- MS (or equivalent) with 0-3+ years' industry experience, or BS with at least 5 years' relevant industry experience, with degrees in Biochemistry, Molecular and Cellular Biology, Bioengineering, Biotechnology or Life Sciences related field
- Experience developing and applying biological characterization methods – Impurity & potency methods (cell-based assays, ELISA, DNA manipulation & qPCR)
- Experience in SPR & other protein binding kinetic assays i.e BLI will be a plus
- Hands on experience with plate-based assays and serial dilutions
- Aseptic technique and eukaryotic tissue culture experience
- Use of liquid-handling automation applications
- Oral and written French & English communication skills
- Desire to work in a fast, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
