Description de la mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Transformation Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various business and ICT stakeholders, ensuring the successful transformation in the French market ICT landscape by promoting, facilitating and implementing new Business data and AI solutions

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage with various business and ICT and business stakeholders 

• Understand priorities major lever of transformation in the market

• Ensure alignment between local solution and global AI&Data ICT strategy

• Ensure usability and efficiency of the solutions to simplify and improve the business

• Oversee the development of technical solutions and validate to product meets user requirements. 

• Make decisions quickly to meet business objectives

• Promote agile framework and users feedback based improvements (MvP start quick solutions)

• Start-up mindset

• Provide periodic status updates to Business Leadership team

• Present synthetic and business oriented deck to trigger leadership decisions

• Interact with various regional team to support Global projects 

• Proactively manage risks and plan for uncertainties 

• Evaluate local and corporate solutions and suppliers and defend the best approach to fit ICT Stellantis strategy

• Interact with various community NSC ICT and AI community, DATA and AI development teams,


Profil

Required:

• 4/5 years post BAC diploma in information technology, computer science or related fields.

• Basic knowledge in automotive commercial business

• 10 years of application management experience or relevant software development experience

• Excellent composed and verbal communication skills

• Highly interested and trained in new technologies / data / AI

• Experienced in conducting successful workshops of more than 15 people

• 2 to 3 years' experience in Project management tools and processes

• Strong Leadership, decision-making and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

• Customer focused and experience in cross functional transversal projects

• Ability work with and manage virtual teams

• French mother language / fluent in english
