The Role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify business opportunities and grow revenue within your territory
- Present company services and solutions in a consultative manner to meet client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
- Track and report sales activity, opportunities, and results
- Participate in client meetings, trade shows, and networking events
- Support upsell and renewal opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, must be in food safety, laboratory services, or related industries (TIC)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into client value
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable traveling within the territory as required
