Wooclap is a cutting-edge engagement platform trusted by leading education institutions like Polytechnique, HEC or Université Paris Cité and by major companies such as Dior or Vinci.
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Platform Squad and help shape and deliver Wooclap's value proposition for organizations, in both Education and Corporate learning environments. Your work will influence how educational institutions, and enterprise training teams implement active pedagogy at scale.
The Platform Squad is responsible for the core foundations that support all learning experiences on Wooclap, ensuring organizations can adopt, manage, and grow with Wooclap confidently and efficiently. You will play a key role in advancing our mission of better learning for everyone.
You will partner with an Engineering Manager and collaborate with a cross-functional squad (Front-end, Back-end, Design, Data). You will report to the Head of Product.
ResponsibilitiesAdmin experience
Own the overall experience for administrators in both Education and Corporate contexts.
Enable organizations to manage users, accesses, and learning materials effectively at scale, ensuring Wooclap is deeply integrated in their activity.
Support institutions in meeting governance, security, and compliance expectations.
Analytics
Lead the evolution of usage reporting and learning insights for executives and training leaders.
Provide clear, actionable visibility into engagement, attendance, training performance, and overall impact.
Integrations
Define and drive the roadmap for LMS and enterprise ecosystem connectivity.
Ensure organizations can easily adopt Wooclap within their existing learning and IT environments.
Identify new opportunities that strengthen Wooclap's role within institutional and corporate systems.
Go-to-Market alignment
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure platform capabilities are clearly communicated and successfully adopted.
Support key customer conversations around integrations, administration, and platform functionality.
Help position Wooclap as a trusted platform for large-scale learning initiatives.
