Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will drive sales success by optimizing processes, leveraging data insights, and empowering our sales teams. Your contributions will directly support achieving revenue targets and enhancing overall sales performance.

Position Overview

  • Develop BI tools to monitor the performance of Sales and Account Management, and to produce relevant reporting.
  • Provide a monthly presentation of the overall BI business line performance for Western Europe & Africa region to top management.
  • Improved Sales Efficiency: Streamlined processes and optimized workflows lead to increased productivity and reduced sales cycle times.
  • Enhanced Data-Driven Decision Making: Data-driven insights enable sales teams to make informed decisions that drive revenue growth.
  • Increased Sales Effectiveness: Effective sales enablement programs empower sales teams to sell more effectively.
  • Stronger Sales Alignment: Improved collaboration between sales and other functions leads to better alignment and execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Program Design and Implementation:

  • Support BI Western Europe and Africa Direct in developing comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Process Optimization:

  • Analyze existing sales processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure process effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.

Data and Analytics:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to gain valuable insights.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive sales growth.

Sales Enablement:

  • Development and delivery of specific training (process, reporting) to improve skills and knowledge.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple sales-related projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT, to ensure project success.

Change Management:

  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.

Communicate effectively with sales teams to address concerns and build buy-in.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or information technology
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (ETL, data modeling)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel)
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI
  • Fluency in English& French
  • Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL).
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • In-depth understanding of sales processes and best practices.
