The opportunity:

Within the Global Sephora Tech Team, the Governance is responsible for roadmap management, demand process oversight, and ensuring effective execution of programs delivered by the global team. Currently, we are prioritizing Enterprise Services programs, which include solutions for Supply, Finance, Offer, HR, Master Data, and Retail Operations.

Within Enterprise Services, you will join the Governance team with 5 internal team members: 1 program Director, 2 Program Manager, 1 Change Lead, 1 change project manager and more than 20 external consultants.

This team oversees complex, global, transversal programs, coordinating both Business and Tech teams to support Sephora's IT & Digital transformation in an omnichannel and international context. Sephora has an Omnichannel Core Model bringing together Front Office applications (Store collection, CRM, ecommerce, etc.) and Back Office applications (SAP, Anaplan, Ivalua, Demand Management, BI, etc.) with presence in 40 countries.

The main mission of the Governance Program Manager is ensuring the proper delivery of Global initiatives by either leading himself programs or waves or using a Program Manager factory and to contribute or lead main initiatives improving our practices to deliver better, faster, with higher Value for business our roadmaps.

The job will play specifically a key role to establish and lead a "Program Factory." The Governance Program Manager will be responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing a standardized and repeatable framework for efficiently delivering a portfolio of programs. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, program management expertise, process optimization skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

1. Strategic Leadership & Vision: Define, Develop and execute the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Program Factory, ensuring alignment with overall IT governance and the successful Global rollout of the new Core Model S/4 HANA, including international expansion and omnichannel capabilities. You'll be instrumental in setting the direction for efficient program delivery.

2. Program Management Framework & Standards: Design, implement, and maintain standardized program management methodologies, processes, templates, and tools, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards provided by the global leadership team.

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Establish clear roles and responsibilities, conduct performance evaluations, and optimize resource utilization, forecasting future needs and allocating resources effectively. Coordinate internal and external tech teams in an international context.

4. Cultivate Executive-Level Stakeholder & Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong and trusted relationships with key stakeholders (Business & Tech) across the organization, including executive leadership. Effectively manage and collaborate with tech partners ensuring alignment with Sephora's strategic goals and successful project implementation. Assist SEPHORA's "Business" Departments (Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, Merchandising…) in the project management of information system projects.

5. Project Execution & Risk Management: Manage all project phases (preparation, design, implementation, testing, data migration/recovery, Go-Live & support), identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Define KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the Program Factory and implement a continuous improvement process.

6. Establish and Monitor Program Factory KPIs: Ensure the continuous improvement of the Program Factory by defining the right KPI. Implement process to achieve them."
