We are looking for a Product Manager to join a project in the compliance automation and privacy tech industry.

The project:

You will join a distributed, cross-functional product squad building and scaling a B2B SaaS platform that automates compliance and privacy workflows for fast-growing European companies.

The product operates in a highly regulated environment (GDPR, information security, privacy, and emerging regulations), requiring strong collaboration between Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to drive product discovery, support delivery, and ensure the product continues to deliver value in a fast-moving, startup environment.

What you will do:

• Help shape and scale a category-leading RegTech platform, contributing to the ambition of building a European champion in compliance automation for modern B2B companies.

• Lead product discovery in close collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, turning validated user needs into clear, actionable requirements.

• Partner with engineering and design to drive end-to-end product delivery within agile (SCRUM) environments, ensuring high-quality and timely outcomes.

• Convert regulatory, technical, and business inputs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap initiatives.

• Use a combination of customer insights, product usage data, and qualitative feedback to continuously improve product value, usability, and adoption.

• Support roadmap planning and prioritisation by balancing customer impact, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership, adapting quickly, and contributing beyond formal role boundaries to drive overall product success.

What you will bring:

• Experience as a Product Manager (or similar role) within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Strong understanding of product discovery, agile delivery, and SCRUM-based workflows.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients.

• Experience or strong interest in compliance, privacy, information security, or RegTech products.

• Startup or scale-up experience, with comfort working in evolving and ambiguous environments.

• Excellent English communication skills (German is preferred but not mandatory).

Nice to have: 

• Previous experience working on compliance-driven or regulation-heavy products.

• Exposure to European regulatory frameworks (e.g. GDPR).

• Experience working with AI-powered features, automation, or data-driven product capabilities in a B2B SaaS environment.
