Le poste

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, B-HIVE recrute un Product Manager (H/F) qui aura pour missions :

Pilotage de projet

  • Gérer les réunions : kick-off, design review, weekly progress, monthly reviews, QC/COMM.
  • Suivre le planning, les risques, les budgets, les KPIs.

Coordination & communication

  • Rédiger et stocker tous les MoM sur BIM360/ACC.

Gestion documentaire / BIM

  • Assurer la conformité documentaire (EIR, naming conventions, approvals).
  • Superviser et former les parties prenantes à l'utilisation de BIM360/ACC.

Qualité, sécurité & commissioning

  • Suivre les KPIs QC, Pre-COMM (Mechanical Completion), COMM (Commissioning).
  • Vérifier les inspections, tests, audits, fiches de non-conformités.

Handover

  • Préparer les livrables d'ouverture (Early Access) et de finalisation (Practical Completion / Final Completion).
  • Gérer la collecte des livrables obligatoires.
Profil recherché
  • Solide expérience en gestion de projet (construction, industrie, AMO, PMO, engineerin
  • Connaissance du bâtiment, de la construction ou d'environnements industriels complexes
  • Connaissance du bâtiment, de la construction ou d'environnements industriels complexes.
  • Idéalement : commandes publiques, BIM, systèmes documentaires, commissioning.
  • Anglais courant
  • Forte capacité d'organisation, rigueur, sens du client, anticipation.
