Outsight's software solutions track the motion of people and vehicles using 3D LiDAR data.
Operators of transportation hubs like airports and train stations but also sport venues, road infrastructures and industrial sites can now access accurate and anonymous Spatial Intelligence data, in order to improve operations and increase user safety and satisfaction.
Our international team of scientists and engineers drive the development of our solutions from Paris, San Francisco, Sophia-Antipolis (Nice) & Hong Kong. To support our global outreach, we also operate a commercial office in Spain.

We also deploy our solutions in other markets such as Tourism, Retail and Sports.
Additionally, our Car Traffic Remote Monitoring product is trusted by several Tier 1 customers, including BMW.
Position Overview
Outsight is growing rapidly, which leads to an increasing volume and complexity of HR processes. As part of this growth, we aim to
automate and improve our internal HR processes
in order to
reduce low–value-added tasks
and
increase operational efficiency
.
The future intern will
support this optimization initiative
by contributing to the analysis, redesign, and implementation of HR tools and best practices.
Responsibilities
Automation & Smart Tools
Help implement
automation and AI-powered solutions
to streamline HR operations.
Support process improvements and documentation.
ESG & Sustainability (Greenly & Women in tech project)
Contribute to the annual HR carbon footprint report using the
Greenly
platform.
Lead the
Diversity & Inclusion
partnership to promote women in tech employment.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate new hires' arrival: contracts, equipment, welcome emails, access rights
Support offboarding procedures and exit documentation
HR Admin & Tools
Draft contracts, amendments, and employment certificates
Update and maintain employee records using
Lucca
and
Payfit
Ensure HR data is accurate and compliant
Team Projects
Support internal HR projects related to employee experience, employer branding
Help organize team events and contribute to internal communication
Requirements for the role
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Data & Management or HR
Expertise in using/building AI tools extensively
Curious, hands-on, organized, and tech-savvy
Fluent in both
French and English
Bonus: experience with tools like Confluence, Lever, or any ATS/HRIS is a plus
Having an internship agreement issued by your school or university is mandatory
