We are currently seeking a Aveva E3D Administrator (M/F) to join our team based in Nanterre (92).

About the role we are offering:
You will participate in the engineering and design of projects carried out by TEN France for the group's various business lines, including decarbonised solutions (carbon capture, H2, wind power), LNG and biofuels. On these projects, which are mostly export-oriented, you will liaise with teams from other disciplines within Technip Energies (project management, procurement, construction) as well as our mainly international partners.

Mission and responsibilities:

Reporting to the head of the 3D Model Administration group, within the "Project Execution Systems" department of the Onshore-Offshore Engineering division, you will be responsible for the implementation and administration of Aveva E3D. Your administrator duties cover all services necessary for optimal usage of Aveva E3D on Technip Energies France projects.

After an integration period inside department, you will be responsible for:

• Defining Aveva E3D configuration specification to meet project requirements.
• Defining software and hardware requirements, in close collaboration with the IT organization, to ensure proper operations of Aveva E3D.
• Developing and maintaining libraries and catalogues for Aveva E3D.
• Developing new automation methods and customization for Aveva E3D.
• Monitoring Aveva E3D infrastructure, analysing its performance, in coordination with the IT organization.
• Defining and implementing work processes related to Aveva E3D with other disciplines managers.

Depending on your experience, and the project size of the project you will be affected to, you might manage other 3D model administrators.

Your profile:
General Science Master Degree or University equivalent with a first successful experience in engineering design office company is required.

Knowledge of Aveva Programming language, Aveva PML, is necessary. Knowledge of programming language such as VB .Net or C# would be a plus, allowing you to be involved in other application customization in the future.

You are also recognized for your:

• Ability to identify needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Interpersonal skills and sense of service: listen and understand the needs, ensure fast and friendly service to users.

As this position includes frequent communications with other Technip Energies operating centres, you must be able to communicate in English.

Occasional travels in France or abroad are expected.

Tele-working is allowed for this position, based on the company policies.
