YOUR ROLE

As the Group Digital Learning senior manager, you will play a key role in bridging Digital Learning team, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Learning solutions. Your main missions will include:

WHAT WILL YOU DO ?

  • Team Management & Leadership

Manage and mentor the Solution & Support manager (team of 5 support experts based in France and India) and a team of 2 Functional Product / Process Experts.

Define roles and responsibilities, perform regular check-ins, and conduct performance reviews.

  • Internal Customer Relationship Management
    :

Establish and nurture strong relationships with Learning and Academies leaders to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for tool-related inquiries, ensuring a customer-focused approach in all interactions.

  • Change Management and Training
    :

Drive the adoption of new tools and processes by implementing tailored change management strategies, including training programs and ongoing user support.

  • AMOA (Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage)
    :

Serve as the functional lead for Learning digital projects, analyzing and translating business requirements into functional specifications for Solutions & Technical teams. Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions while overseeing project delivery in close collaboration with the Group HRIS PMO and Group HRIS Solutions Director.

  • Learning Systems Management and Optimization
    :

Oversee the functional management of Learning platforms (e.g., TMS Training Orchestra, LMS Docebo), ensuring they meet business requirements and provide a seamless user experience.

  • Data Analytics and Reporting
    :

Build and mobilize HR & Learning data to provide actionable insights, enabling Learning teams to make informed decisions.

You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure an outstanding user experience across our Learning platforms.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

Maintain strong communication with Learning COE and Learning community, HRIS teams, and application owners.

Coordinate with the Learning & Talent Management team to align support with strategic learning goals.

Facilitate knowledge sharing across support levels and with application vendors when needed.
