Younovation group is a soft commodities trading company, it primarily focuses on maintaining relationships with the importers and roasters, we have supply chain facility from the farm to the end consumer.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate, based in Le Havre, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Sales Associate will interact with customers, provide product information, build strong client relationships, and ensure superior customer satisfaction. This will be completely commission based job. Responsibilities will include managing sales activities, meeting sales targets, analyzing customer needs, and assisting in stock organization and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer service skills, including understanding client needs and building relationships
  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms or retail environments and inventory management
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and e-commerce tools
  • Prior sales or retail experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
