Role Overview: 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch assistance across various channels. Your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience will make you a valuable part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support via phone, chat, email, and social media
  • Assist customers with account setup, logins, verifications, financial transactions, and technical concerns
  • Deliver professional and friendly guidance to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Respond to inquiries with speed, accuracy, and empathy
  • Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication
  • Adhere to internal policies while maintaining high service standards

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
