Proteams is launching its 2026 Internship Programme for France We're seeking motivated students, based in Toulouse, to join us as a Business Development and Project Management Intern. This remote role offers hands-on experience in sales support, client communication and stakeholder management while working with large enterprises and senior freelancers. This role is designed to work alongside your studies and is ideal for proactive students eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-scaling global team.

Overview

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented French-speaking Business Development Student Intern to support our growth across France. This role is perfect for a motivated student who is fluent in French and highly proficient in English, and who wants hands-on experience in business development, client engagement, and project coordination for large enterprise clients.

Candidates must currently reside and study in Toulouse or the surrounding region.

The internship is remote with flexibility around university schedules.

You'll work closely with our business development and account teams, helping to drive our French market expansion, strengthen relationships with existing French clients, and support ongoing client projects across creative, digital, and technology functions.

Responsibilities

  • Support our key enterprise accounts in France — including project coordination, delivery follow-up, and preparation for client calls and internal meetings.
  • Conduct targeted research to identify and qualify potential clients and new business opportunities across France and Europe
  • Play an active role throughout the sales funnel — from initial lead research to follow-ups and opportunity conversion.
  • Prepare and contribute to presentations, proposals, and reports to support client acquisition and account management.
  • Participate in internal strategy meetings, contributing ideas to improve outreach, client engagement, and overall BD effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze key sales and performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts and enhance team processes.

What we're looking for

, having completed at least one full year of study.
- Native-level French and very strong English communication skills

(written and spoken)
- Ideally entering your second or third year of a Bachelor's, or beginning a Master's degree in a relevant subject (Business, Management, Economics, etc.).
- Genuine interest in business development, B2B sales, and working with enterprise clients.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and confidence in client-facing communication.
- Previous internship experience is not required — we're looking for students who are eager to learn and contribute over a longer-term placement.
