Description du poste
Vos missions :
- Animer un groupe de techniciens / experts électricité & câblage
- Piloter les études électriques en France et à l'international
- Représenter les études au sein du groupe de projet
- Suivre les aspects Qualité – Coût – Délai
- Garantir le contenu technique et les résultats des validations électriques (schémas, routage, interfaces, EMC, tests…)
- Proposer des solutions de conception conformes aux normes ferroviaires (EN 50155, EN 50343, etc.) et aux contraintes projet (poids, coût, fabricabilité, maintenance, architecture électrique…)
- Assurer le lien avec les équipes de fabrication, d'industrialisation et d'intégration
- Être force de proposition dans une démarche d'amélioration continue
Qualifications
- Ingénieur en électricité / électrotechnique / systèmes embarqués
- Solide expérience en environnement ferroviaire, notamment en intégration électrique / harnais / équipements
- Niveau d'anglais courant, à l'aise pour échanger avec des équipes internationales
- Minimum 1 an d'expérience dans le pilotage d'études électriques, et 5 ans en intégration électrique / câblage / installation électrique ferroviaire
- Maîtrise de CATIA V5 EHI (ElectriHarness Installation) et d'une solution PDM (DMA, Enovia, Teamcenter…)
- Bon relationnel, autonomie, esprit de synthèse
- Goût pour l'animation d'équipe et la résolution de problématiques techniques
