Within the Objets Nomades division, you will be part of the team responsible for developing home lifestyle projects, reporting directly to the Industrial Director.

As Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing successful projects, ensuring that they are completed within the specified timeframe, budget, and quality standards. You will be part of an Industrial Team that includes Design, Quality, Purchasing, and Production personnel.
Missions
The role and Development Manager responsibilities include all aspects of the project scope, such as:
- Planning and rolling out initiatives, including developing project plans, defining goals and deliverables, creating detailed roadmaps, and organizing resources to reach project milestones.
- To strengthen product development, selecting and scouting potential new suppliers to assure leading-edge achievement regarding quality, competence, and technology.
- Team management, involving all Industrial Team staff, assigning tasks, clarifying roles, and fostering a collaborative work environment while offering guidance and support.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Managing potential project risks and developing strategies to mitigate them by monitoring risk factors, creating risk management plans, and coordinating the resolution of issues.
- Creating and managing project budgets by estimating costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project remains within budget allocation constraints.
- Ensuring quality control by overseeing project deliverables and ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Tracking and reporting project performance against predefined metrics, taking corrective actions if necessary to ensure the project is up to date and project documentation is accurately recorded.
Profil
About You
Expected experience:
- Proven management experience as a team leader and coordinator.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management roles.
- Experience of risk management principles and techniques to handle project debugging and project changes.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management, including budgeting, cost estimation, and tracking.
Hard Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as project management and/or engineering is preferred. However, work experience and other Project Manager qualifications can prove eligibility.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, project management software, and project management tools.
