Recrutement - Head of legal - Paris

Au sein d'une scale-up SaaS B2B en forte croissance (80 personnes à date), vous intervenez sur un périmètre large couvrant les opérations commerciales, la structuration corporate du groupe et les projets stratégiques (dont M&A), aux côtés de la CEO et fondatrice de la structure.

Votre rôle : sécuriser les opérations quotidiennes en lien avec le business tout en accompagnant a croissance de l'entreprise. Vous intervenez en front avec la direction générale.

Vos missions

1. Contrats & négociation – Grands comptes

  • Rédaction, revue et négociation d'un large volume de contrats B2B : SaaS, CGV, NDA, partenariats, prestations, intégrations.
  • Interaction régulière avec des équipes juridiques et achats de grands comptes internationaux
  • Analyse des risques et sécurisation des engagements, en coordination avec les équipes internes.
  • Structuration, mise à jour et gestion de la base contractuelle.

2. Support juridique transversal

  • Accompagnement au quotidien des équipes Revenue, Produit, Tech et Finance sur leurs enjeux opérationnels.
  • Traduction des problématiques business en solutions juridiques pragmatiques adaptées au modèle SaaS.
  • Contribution à l'amélioration continue : modèles, process, guidelines internes.

3. Corporate, gouvernance & projets M&A

  • Participation aux sujets corporate du groupe : documents sociaux, suivi des entités, gouvernance.
  • Appui direct à la CEO sur des projets de croissance externe, structuration ou réorganisation (phase pré-contractuelle, NDA, data room, revue documentaire).
  • Sécurisation juridique des opérations stratégiques.

4. Support RH & conformité interne

  • Conseil sur les questions contractuelles RH et conformité quotidienne.
  • Contribution à la structuration des process internes et à la maîtrise des risques juridiques et RH

Votre profil

  • Vous avez été formé en cabinet d'avocat et avez une expérience en entreprise.
  • Très bonne maîtrise de la négociation contractuelle, y compris face à des grands comptes internationaux.
  • Capacité à naviguer entre des sujets variés : contrats, corporate, opérations M&A, support business.
  • Esprit structuré, orientation solutions, pragmatisme et capacité à prioriser.
  • Aisance dans les interactions transverses avec les équipes Sales, Produit, Tech, RH, Finance.
  • Anglais juridique irréprochable à l'écrit comme à l'oral (documents, négociations, calls).
  • Envie d'évoluer dans une scale-up tech où les sujets sont nombreux, stimulants et stratégiques.
