Your challengeAs our (Senior) Account Executive - France & BENELUX (all genders), you will play a key role in accelerating Hubject's growth in one of our most strategic regions.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial relationships with key clients and partners across Western Europe - with a particular focus on France - and for expanding Hubject's footprint in the fast-evolving eMobility ecosystem. You will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract closure, while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and strategic alignment.Your mission: to drive revenue growth, deepen our presence in France & BENELUX, and strengthen Hubject's position as the leading platform for interoperable eMobility services.Language

- Take full ownership of the French & BENELUX markets, with a primary focus on France and drive strategic sales growth in the region.
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value business opportunities, targeting CPOs & EMPs as well as automotive and EVSE OEMs.
- Manage and expand key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring sus-tainable revenue growth.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned with Hubject's commercial objectives and market positioning.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, lead generation, and campaign execution.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to position Hubject's solutions effectively and maintain a competitive edge.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline analyses to senior management.
- Represent Hubject at major industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to strengthen brand presence and build strategic relationships.
