Digital Roll-Out Manager

- Coordinate and drive the rollout of global digital solutions across countries, ensuring readiness, engagement, and alignment of local teams.
- Support entities in the deployment of both existing and new digital products and capabilities, including AI-enabled tools and new customer interaction channels.
- Ensure each rollout follows a consistent and structured approach, including preparation, training, monitoring, and adoption tracking.
- Act as the main point of contact between global digital teams and local markets for deployment-related topics.
- Support the governance of the Digital Journeys Stream, preparing and coordinating stream committees, steering meetings, and stakeholder sessions.
- Consolidate and share visibility on priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies across all digital initiatives.
- Ensure coherence and alignment across different digital products and programs to avoid silos and conflicting priorities.
- Facilitate structured communication and alignment between Global Product Owners, the Digital Transformation leadership, and local entities.
- Develop and maintain rollout plans and deployment roadmaps in coordination with Product Owners and Project Managers.
- Track progress, milestones, and key deliverables across ongoing digital initiatives.
- Identify and anticipate potential blockers or misalignments, escalating and proposing solutions as needed.
- Ensure follow-up on decisions and actions agreed during governance meetings.
- Drive engagement and collaboration across all relevant stakeholders (local and global teams, IT, operations, business, data, etc.).
- Prepare clear and concise materials for committees, leadership updates, and communication across the Digital Journeys Stream.
- Promote adoption by collecting feedback, best practices, and success stories from entities to share within the program.
- Contribute to improving the rollout methodology, governance, and adoption framework based on lessons learned from deployments.
- Encourage cross-country learning and alignment by facilitating exchanges and collaboration among markets.
- Support the evolution of digital operating models, integrating new technologies and practices as the program evolves.

- Proven experience in digital transformation, project management, or program coordination within an international environment.
- Strong background in deploying or rolling out digital products across multiple countries or business units.
- Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of translating technical or complex topics into clear, actionable messages.
- Solid understanding of digital delivery frameworks, governance, and adoption processes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and related governance frameworks.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Power BI, or equivalent).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Spanish or French are a plus.
