PowerZ is building a new generation of educational games that kids genuinely love.

help children all over the world learn better — and enjoy it.

At PowerZ, we are building two complementary communities:

  • A global community of children, around the game and its universe

  • A community of parents, involved in how we inspire kids to learn

Your role will be to bring these communities to life — through content, conversations, visuals and videos that actually resonate.

After our success in France, we're now accelerating our presence in the US and internationally, and you'll play a key role in that growth.

You'll be part of the Growth & Marketing team, working closely with Community, Social Media and User Acquisition.

Your Role

This is a hybrid role at the heart of PowerZ:

  • You animate and grow the community

  • You create strong visual & video content to support it

  • You help shape how PowerZ looks, feels and speaks across platforms

YOURS TASKS:

Community Management

  • Grow and engage PowerZ's communities on Instagram, Facebook, Discord etc.

  • Define and maintain a consistent publishing schedule

  • Respond to player feedback, comments and questions (kids & parents)

  • Encourage players to share ideas, feedback and creations

  • Help organize community moments: playtests, reveals, discussions, events

Content Creation & Marketing Assets

  • Create visual and video content for social media (short videos, visuals, light animations)

  • Edit videos: cutting, subtitling, exporting — clean and efficient

  • Produce assets aligned with the PowerZ universe and IP

  • Work closely with the Social Media & Marketing teams on organic content

  • Propose creative ideas based on trends, formats and platform logic

Marketing & Performance (progressively)

  • Create visual & video assets for marketing and acquisition (social ads, creative tests)

  • Help iterate on App Store assets (screenshots, preview videos, visuals)

  • Understand how content performs (engagement, CTR, reactions — not magic, just logic)

  • Learn to test, analyze, improve… and test again
