Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Care: Provide top-notch support through phone, chat, and email.
  • Account Management: Assist with creating accounts and resolving any account-related issues.
  • Host-Guest Communication: Facilitate smooth communication between hosts and guests to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
