About the opportunity
Teads is looking for a strategic Salesforce Project Manager with extensive project management experience to lead complex projects within our Salesforce ecosystem. You will manage initiatives from start to finish, ensuring Salesforce stays a scalable, high-performing platform that supports our global Commerce (Sales) operations.
You'll work closely with implementation partners, development teams, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver impact.
What will you do?
- Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects: scope, design, build, test, and deploy.
- Lead the consolidation of multiple Salesforce orgs (data migration, process alignment, user integration) following the Teads–Outbrain merger.
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Managers, and executives to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Build and prioritize the Salesforce roadmap and backlog, aligning with strategic business goals.
- Champion governance, data quality, and best practices across global teams.
- Drive user adoption through UAT, training, and change management.
- Extensive project management experience in high-tech/B2B environments, including 3+ years focused on Salesforce.
- Proven success leading Salesforce org merges or major post-acquisition integrations (this will be a key advantage).
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and core platform capabilities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with global teams, Product Managers, and executives; Agile/Scrum experience.
- Background in ad-tech, SaaS, or media is a strong plus.
