Project Manager – Digital Solutions

Vos responsabilités

• Gérer des projets digitaux de l'initiation à la livraison, en veillant à atteindre les objectifs et à assurer la satisfaction client.
• Développer et maintenir le plan de management de projet ainsi que tous les plans associés (périmètre, planning, budget, qualité, risques, etc.).
• Suivre l'avancement, gérer les changements et anticiper les risques de manière efficace.
• Garantir la conformité aux obligations contractuelles et aux exigences des clients.
• Collaborer avec les équipes internes, les clients et les fournisseurs tiers pour une communication fluide et une exécution optimale.
• Maintenir une solide connaissance des technologies et solutions liées à l'eau et à l'assainissement.
• Identifier des opportunités pour développer l'activité via de nouveaux projets et relations clients.
• Veiller au respect des politiques de l'entreprise, notamment en matière de santé et sécurité.

Votre profil

• Diplôme en ingénierie ou dans un domaine similaire.
• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets, avec autonomie et capacité d'adaptation.
• Certification PMI/PMP appréciée.
• Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais professionnel (oral et écrit)
• Expérience dans l'IT et/ou le secteur de l'eau ou de l'assainissement fortement valorisée.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et gestion des parties prenantes.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
• Connaissance des cadres réglementaires et des exigences de conformité.
• Solides compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Develop and maintain the project management plan and all subsidiary plans (scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, etc.).
• Monitor progress, manage changes, and mitigate risks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and third-party suppliers for seamless communication and execution.
• Maintain strong knowledge of water and wastewater technologies and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business through new projects and customer relationships.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, including health and safety standards.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, working independently and adapting processes.
• PMI/PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent command of French and professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in IT and/or water or wastewater industry highly valued.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
