The mission

VINCI Concessions is seeking an innovation project officer to support the Proof of Concepts we are carrying and also do outreach with our Innovation Centers of Excellence.

Main missions:

• Trend Analysis :
• Conduct ongoing watch and analysis of emerging trends in technology, business, and societal changes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to guide innovation strategies and projects.

Participation in the Lab INNOVATE:

• Contribute with the Head of Open Innovation to design and facilitate activities within the Innovate Lab (based in our HQ in Nanterre Préfecture)
• Collaborate with the Innovation Excellence Centers.
• Organize and facilitate hands-on workshops focused on applying Generative AI to support innovation projects.

POC Project Development:

• Manage one Proof of Concept (POC) projects in collaboration with partners like France Tourisme Tech and The Journey, depending on your profile.
• Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.

The profile

The expected profile:

• Autonomous, creative, interested in VINCI Concessions' businesses, innovation and new technologies.
• Entrepreneurial, curious and innovation-oriented mindset.
• Master's degree in Innovation or Technologies Management.
• Overall knowledge of the data science domains (e.g. [un]supervised learning, explainable artificial intelligence, econometrics, deep learning, Natural Language Processing, time series forecasting, computer vision, deployment and/or optimization).
• Excellent organizational and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and collaborative sessions.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for driving change and exploring new ideas.
• Ability to speak publicly and value VINCI Concessions Innovation activities.
• Fluency in English and French.

The Innovation team is dedicated to identifying and testing long-term issues and opportunities for change in the business lines and organization, as well as its new growth drivers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation initiatives, managing one or two of the Proof of Concept (POC) projects in collaboration with key partners such as France Tourisme Tech and The Journey (depending on the profile). The role involves trend analysis, design-thinking, and hands-on workshops to leverage cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, in service of our strategic objectives.
