Pour un de nos clients dans le secteur sportif nous recherchons un
UX Writer (H/F) :

Objectifs :

Garantir une expérience utilisateur fluide et cohérente en produisant des contenus UX clairs, précis et alignés avec les besoins des équipes produit.

Missions :


• Affiner les briefs fournis par les équipes Produit


• Participer aux ateliers de conception (brainstormings, 6-to-1, etc.)


• Rédiger du contenu fonctionnel en français (microcopy : titres, CTA, messages d'erreur, notifications, etc.)


• Rédiger et relire du contenu informationnel en français (pages d'aide, FAQ, etc.)


• Veiller au respect des processus d'UX writing par les équipes Produit, les Designers et les Copywriters


• Représenter les UX Writers dans les ateliers et discussions autour des workflows de l'équipe Design


• Maintenir à jour les documents éditoriaux de référence (glossaire, guidelines rédactionnelles, processus, etc.)


• Répondre aux questions éditoriales des différentes parties prenantes

Profil recherché :


• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en UX writing


• Anglais courant


• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles


• Attitude proactive, esprit d'équipe, adaptabilité, capacité à planifier et coordonner une charge de travail importante


• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement international en constante évolution


• Curiosité, volonté d'approfondir les sujets et de poser des questions pour comprendre attentes, objectifs et contraintes


• Bonus : maîtrise de Figma et Jira
