About The Job
Job purpose
As a Service Data & AI Transformation Executive Manager, you play a pivotal role as a key member of the organization's leadership team, driving the strategic vision and execution of AXA-wide data and AI initiatives. Your role is to translate business objectives into innovative, scalable data-driven solutions that deliver measurable value, enhance competitive positioning, and support sustainable growth. You will influence organizational change, foster a data-first culture, and ensure that data and AI are central to decision-making at the highest level.

Main missions
Your Responsibilities Include

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the organization's overarching data and AI strategy, aligning with corporate vision and long-term business goals.
  • Executive Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities where data and AI can transform business operations, customer engagement, and revenue streams.
  • Business Transformation: Spearhead enterprise-wide initiatives to embed AI and data analytics into core functions, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.
  • Governance & Risk Management: Establish enterprise data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, ethical AI practices, and risk mitigation.
  • Investment & Resource Allocation: Advocate for and oversee significant investments in data infrastructure, AI tools, and talent acquisition, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Change Management & Culture: Lead organizational change efforts to cultivate a data-driven mindset and foster cross-functional collaboration, enabling data literacy at all levels.
  • Performance & Impact Measurement: Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure the strategic impact of data and AI initiatives, reporting progress to the Board and executive leadership.
  • Market & Industry Insight: Maintain awareness of emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
  • Talent & Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performant and multi-disciplinary team to support enterprise objectives.

Expected Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience

  • Master's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields; executive education highly preferred.
  • Proven track record (typically 10+ years) leading large-scale digital, data, and AI transformations at an executive level.
  • Demonstrated success in translating complex data initiatives into business value, with significant experience influencing C-suite and board-level decisions.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise data architecture, AI technologies, and their strategic business applications.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing high budgets and large, cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute enterprise-wide data strategies that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and ethical considerations related to AI and data privacy.
  • Strong financial service insights and innovative mindset to proactively identify growth opportunities.
