Le Business Development chez Virbac est un département hautement stratégique qui nécessite une collaboration étroite avec les autres fonctions clés de l'entreprise, notamment les équipes commerciales, techniques, réglementaires et de propriété intellectuelle, afin d'analyser les opportunités émergentes et de converger vers un objectif commun : la réalisation de transactions contribuant à la croissance de l'entreprise.
Au sein de la fonction Corporate Business Development de Virbac :
Vous aurez l'opportunité d'évaluer et de participer à la signature d'accords de licence portant sur des médicaments vétérinaires, des produits de diagnostic, des nutraceutiques ou des vaccins, afin de compléter notre portefeuille. Vous pourrez être en contact avec des start-up en forte croissance disposant de technologies de pointe et participerez à des échanges avec nos filiales afin de comprendre les besoins des marchés dans différents pays.
Vos missions ?Identifier et cibler des contacts potentiels dans le cadre d'opportunités de licensing
Identifier de nouveaux produits et technologies innovants
Piloter des projets de Business Development afin de conduire les évaluations internes
Participer aux négociations d'accords avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
Assurer l'intégration des transactions de licensing et le suivi des actions associées
Gérer les alliances avec un large éventail de partenaires stratégiques externes en Business Development
Intérêt marqué pour l'environnement pharmaceutique
Expérience préalable en stage en Corporate Development, fusions-acquisitions (M&A) ou Business Development & Licensing (BD&L)
Appétence pour un environnement de travail multiculturel et complexe
Sens de la négociation
Orientation résultats
Très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais indispensable
