Position:Key Account Manager

Job location : France, Issy les Moulineaux

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

  • Enforces all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Ensures that assigned resources meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
  • Relationship Management: Leads the overall relationship management with the assigned key account.
  • Establishes relationships while identifying sponsors, anti-sponsors and coaches and formulating accordingly action plans.
  • Functions as an escalation stage for the assigned account manager(s). Ensures HONORs relationships with key account.
  • Tactical Account Management: leads and oversees the negotiation of sales agreements according to the customer's buying process towards an optimal ranging and positioning of HONOR products within the customer's channels.
  • Makes use of available funds to optimize the effectiveness of provided sales & marketing tools i.e., cooperate campaigns, exclusivities, price positioning, product customization and lifecycle management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Thorough experience in Sales Management & Business development in a technology driven, fast moving industry. Smartphone/IT/Telecom experience is mandatory.
  • Experience engaging with large-complex accounts and local operators, selling a broad portfolio of products at C-level.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development.
