Technical Product Manager

We're hiring a Technical Product Manager to help transform how insurance companies handle claims through intelligent use of AI. You'll be working on an innovative end-to-end claims management solution that's redefining industry standards - moving from manual processes to AI-driven workflows that deliver faster, more accurate outcomes.

You'll be at the forefront of applying AI to solve real-world insurance challenges, working directly with forward-thinking clients who are eager to modernize their operations. Your role is to understand how to reshape claims workflows, translate those opportunities into precise product requirements, and ensure our development teams build solutions that truly transform how claims teams work.

You'll join a founder-led company where the intensity, curiosity, and vision of our leadership infuses everything we do. You'll work alongside some of the smartest people in insurtech and AI, in an environment that values rapid learning, bold thinking, and meaningful impact. We're pioneers in this space, and you'll be part of defining the future of intelligent claims processing.

What You'll Do…

Product Discovery

  • Partner with insurance clients to identify opportunities where AI can streamline, automate, or enhance claims workflows
  • Define product requirements for how intelligent features like automated document analysis, automated claim processing, and decision support integrate into existing processes
  • Translate complex insurance needs into clear technical product specifications that leverage our AI capabilities

Technical Product Ownership & Innovation

  • Own the product roadmap for features that combine traditional claims management with cutting-edge AI functionality
  • Work with engineering & UX teams to ensure features are intuitive, reliable, and deliver measurable value

Client Partnership & Product Strategy

  • Build relationships with clients who are transforming their operations through technology
  • Guide clients through the transition from legacy processes to AI-enhanced workflows
  • Communicate how intelligent automation will improve their teams' efficiency and decision-making

Product Delivery Excellence

  • Ensure delivered features meet both functional requirements and the quality standards our AI-powered platform demands
  • Support client onboarding for innovative workflows they may not have experienced before
  • Capture insights that inform our AI product strategy and platform evolution

What You Bring…

  • 1-4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or client-facing technical roles within insurance
  • Curiosity about AI and its practical applications - you don't need to be an expert, but you should be excited to learn
  • Strong communication skills and ability to help clients envision new ways of working
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and systematic problem-solving
  • Enthusiasm for working with innovative technology and forward-thinking clients
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change in an evolving product landscape
