Développer un produit chez GS1 France, c'est combiner les standards et les services GS1 qui permettent de répondre aux besoins de nos adhérents, l'objectif final étant la diffusion du système GS1.
Rattaché.e à la Direction des Opérations, le Technical Product manager est responsable de la conception, du développement et du maintien du portefeuille de produits de GS1 France : nous traduisons les demandes du marché en produits GS1.
Vos responsabilités principales :
Pour mener à bien ces missions, futur.e Technical Product manager aura la responsabilité d'un ensemble de produits pour lesquels devra :
- Participer, avec l'aide du Marketing, à la définition de la stratégie produit grâce à une traduction de la demande du marché, à une analyse de la concurrence et à l'élaboration d'une feuille de route.
- Concevoir et définir les composantes du produit sur la base des cas d'usages, des exigences fonctionnelles et techniques tout en assurant l'intégrité du système GS1.
- Former les équipes internes en concevant les guides et les supports ad hoc : guide de mise en œuvre, formation, certification, etc...
- Analyser les usages des produits GS1 et leurs cycles de vie à travers les indicateurs de pilotage en collaboration avec le marketing et les équipes commerciales afin d'ajuster et d'adapter les produits lorsque nécessaire.
Profil recherché
Vos qualifications
- Diplômé.e d'un BAC +4/5 (Ecole d'Ingénieur idéalement) avec une expérience minimum de 6 ans.
- Expérience significative dans le domaine des services B2B sur des fonctions similaires de technical product manager
Compétences clés
- Vous aimez évoluer dans un environnement de travail complexe à l'intersection d'enjeux business et technologiques. Vous êtes solution oriented en intégrant les dimensions standards, technologiques, réglementaires, participatives et à vocation commerciales.
- Vous savez travailler en équipe et formaliser des réponses en fédérant l'ensemble des parties prenantes.
- Vous avez le sens du service (formation, support...)
- Vous êtes doté.e de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et faites preuve d'aisance dans la prise de parole devant tout type d'auditoire.
- Vous êtes curieux, autonome, diplomate et assertif.
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais pour évoluer et interagir dans une organisation internationale.
