As a Sustainabilty Lead, you will play a crucial role in transforming operations through effective project management of climate-relative projects, the link with social and societal impact. You will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and leading projects aimed at reducing our environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices within L-Acoustics. Your efforts will optimize processes, drive transformation initiatives, and support the CSR Division's strategic decisions, enhancing our reputation as a responsible Company.

Furthermore, you will leverage data analytics to ensure informed decision-making and continuous improvement within the CSR Division.

Role purpose

  • Drive the company's sustainability agenda aligned with global standards and L-Acoustics' vision and CSR Strategy
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry best practices
  • Promote sustainable innovation across products, operations, and supply chain
  • Create and deploy a sustainability partnerships strategy with our ecosystem, including suppliers and clients

The main responsibilities will consist in :

Ensuring Operational Management and Guarantee the Successful Completion of Projects

  • Plan, coordinate and oversee environmental projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards as far as environmental impact
  • Ensure the functional framing of environmental projects with teams to identify major issues and main risks of deviations.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Industry, Education, Quality, Branding, Communications, Finance..) and external partners to drive environmental initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate social responsibility goals.
  • Ensure all environmental projects comply with relevant local, national, and international regulations and standards.
  • Identify and mitigate environmental risks associated with the company's operations and projects.
  • Raising positive awareness of L-Acoustics commitment, close to our ecosystem, to sustainable social and environmental responsibility.

Driving Change and Support Transformation

  • Challenge teams and existing processes/methods in a continuous improvement approach.
  • Propose improvement paths related to change management, provide a strategic vision of projects, and deploy project management and performance management tools (KPIs, processes, visual management, animation, etc.).
  • Participate in the sharing, capitalization, and sustainability of knowledge, skills, and tools.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, regulations and best practices in environmental sustainability and integrate them into the company's operations.
  • Ensure the digital transformation of processes and systems among stakeholders.

Consolidate and solidify Data Analysis and Insights Ensuring Data Capture and Quality:

  • Set up data gathering processes.
  • Track and report on the progress and impact of environmental projects, using data analytics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate, implement, and ensure a strategic and analytical approach to data aligned with the company's goals and priorities. Implement this strategy by setting clear objectives, action plans, and performance indicators.

Making sustainability a competitive asset

  • Set up a competitive watch on environmental and social key topics
  • Build competitive dossiers to nourish our CSR Impact report
  • Valorize sustainability initiatives inside and outside
EcoLearn certification would be a significant plus.
