As an HSE Project Specialist, you will be at the forefront of this mission, ensuring that Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are embedded from the earliest stages of project planning through to execution. How You Can Make An Impact

  • Analyze customer HSE requirements and define project-specific strategies to meet them
  • Prepare and submit all HSE documentation required during the tender phase, including preliminary plans
  • Attend customer workshops and clarification meetings to represent HSE commitments and solutions
  • Develop HSE Scope of Works for subcontractors and ensure alignment with project standards
  • Estimate HSE-related costs, including personnel, training, consumables, and third-party services
  • Create and maintain the Project HSE Plan and Emergency Preparedness & Response Plan
  • Participate in HAZID studies during design phases to identify and mitigate risks early
  • Establish the HSE organization for the project, ensuring adequate resources and competencies
  • Monitor compliance with legal, contractual, and internal HSE requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead HSE reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives across all project phases

Your Background

  • Recognized HSE qualification (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent), ideally Level 6
  • Significant experience in HSE roles within complex project environments
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 45001; Internal Auditor certification is a plus
  • Formal training in incident investigation and root cause analysis
  • Proven ability to draft technical HSE documentation and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills

Comment Vous Pouvez Avoir Un Impact

  • Analyser les exigences HSE du client et définir des stratégies adaptées au projet
  • Préparer et soumettre toute la documentation HSE requise lors de la phase d'appel d'offres
  • Participer aux ateliers et réunions de clarification avec le client pour présenter les engagements HSE
  • Élaborer les cahiers des charges HSE pour les sous-traitants et garantir leur conformité
  • Estimer les coûts HSE du projet (ressources, formations, consommables, services externes)
  • Rédiger et mettre à jour le Plan HSE Projet et le Plan de Réponse aux Situations d'Urgence
  • Participer aux études HAZID en phase de conception pour anticiper et réduire les risques
  • Mettre en place l'organisation HSE du projet et assurer la disponibilité des ressources nécessaires
  • Suivre la conformité aux exigences légales, contractuelles et internes tout au long du projet
  • Piloter le reporting HSE, le suivi des indicateurs et les actions d'amélioration continue.

Votre Profil

  • Diplôme reconnu en HSE (ex. : NEBOSH ou équivalent), idéalement niveau 6
  • Expérience significative dans des rôles HSE sur des projets complexes
  • Bonne connaissance de la norme ISO 45001 ; certification d'auditeur interne appréciée
  • Formation formelle en investigation d'incidents et analyse des causes racines
  • Capacité avérée à rédiger de la documentation technique HSE et à gérer les attentes des parties prenantes
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais avec d'excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration
