Votre mission
En tant que Responsable Category Management, vous êtes le
moteur stratégique de nos offres
:
- Définir et piloter la
stratégie catégorielle
pour les marchés scolaire & petite enfance - Orienter la performance commerciale et omnicanale
(terrain & e‑commerce) - Anticiper tendances et innovations
pour créer de la valeur et se différencier - Manager et faire grandir votre équipe
(4 personnes) - Être un
acteur clé du Comité de Direction
, en apportant analyses et recommandations stratégiques
Votre profil
- 5 à 10 ans en category management, marketing produit ou stratégie d'offre
- Maîtrise des enjeux omnicanaux et B2B
- Capacité d'analyse et pilotage de la performance
- Véritable leader, vision stratégique, collaboratif et orienté résultats
