Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you will review user-generated content, enforce platform guidelines, and address concerns to maintain a safe online community. Your work will help identify potential risks and ensure compliance with evolving digital standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess text, images, videos, and links to ensure adherence to community guidelines
  • Apply moderation policies consistently across all content types
  • Handle user appeals professionally, providing clear explanations for moderation actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with industry regulations
  • Analyze user behavior to identify emerging risks and enhance proactive moderation strategies
  • Recommend improvements to moderation tools and processes for greater efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • At least one year of experience in customer support
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
