The Role

Job Title: French-speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Athens, Greece

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

You will:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a friendly and efficient manner

  • Solve problems and provide clear, helpful guidance

  • Represent global brands in industries like tech, travel, and e-commerce

  • Ensure each customer interaction ends with satisfaction

What Were Looking For

  • Fluency in French (C1)

  • Good command of English (B2+)

  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • EU citizenship or legal eligibility to work in Greece

Working Hours

  • MondayFriday: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM

  • SaturdaySunday: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM

  • 2 rotational days off per week
