The Role

The Sales Operations & Events Coordinator – France plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales function. You'll provide administrative, operational, and customer service support to the B2B sales team, helping to improve productivity, maintain customer satisfaction, and streamline sales processes from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.

In addition to sales missions, the Sales Operations & Events Coordinator supports our marketing team on grassroots events such as brand shows, trade fairs, exhibitions, and other on-the-ground activations where the brand comes to life. You'll help coordinate these events with internal teams and partners to ensure the brand is represented in the best possible way. You will also attend these events on behalf of the brand to help build awareness and connect with future consumers.

A key part of the role will be to support our regional partners, including visiting their showrooms and building strong rapport with them. Training will be provided by the UK team, and the role is fully remote, with occasional visits to partner locations & events across France, and with quarterly trips to the Southampton office for onboarding and team sessions.

The ideal candidate will bring previous experience in order processing and coordination, with the ability to deliver accurate, timely support in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of sales operations, field work, and brand activation, and who wants to grow within a fast-scaling international brand.

Key Responsibilities

Sales : 

  • Sales Administration: Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in coordination with the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, opportunities, and pipeline activity in the CRM system.
  • Order Processing: Coordinate order entry, approvals, and delivery schedules with internal departments (e.g., operations, logistics, finance).
  • Reporting & Analysis: Produce regular sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management review.
  • Customer Support: Respond to partner inquiries, manage follow-ups, and resolve any pre or post-sale issues promptly.
  • Team Coordination: Support Sales Managers, Account Executives and Marketing Managers with scheduling, documentation, and meeting preparation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in sales operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Regional Partner Support & Development: Visit partner showrooms, build relationships, and ensure the TentBox brand is represented to the highest standard. Opportunities to support the sales function with business development & prospecting. 

Events :

  • Event Coordination: Coordinate TentBox's presence at events with showroom partners, retailers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and strong brand visibility.
  • Event Planning & Logistics: Support the planning, logistics, and on-site setup of events (booth setup, product display, scheduling, and materials).
  • Brand Representation: Attend events and act as the face of the brand, engaging with consumers, partners, and prospects to build awareness and credibility.
  • Visual & POS Support: Support the creation and deployment of visual assets and POS materials (brochures, roll-ups, flags, signage, and branded elements).
  • Product Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate TentBox products on-site, answering questions and educating audiences on features and benefits.
  • Post-Event Reporting: Contribute to post-event debriefs, performance reviews, and recommendations for future improvements.

Ideal Candidate

  • This role is best suited to someone who has 1-3 years experience looking to grow within sales operations and brand activation.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Fluent in English and French. Excellent written and verbal communication in both.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent IT skills - documents, Excel, presentations.
  • Familiarity with sales reporting tools and CRM platforms is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role; experience in a B2B sales environment is an advantage.
  • Valid French driving licence required.

Salary range: €26k - €32k pro rata (depending on experience level)
Hours: 35 hours per week, flexible working hours available.
