Overview
The telephony expert will join the team responsible for delivering all components of the IT environment. This includes managing workstations, overseeing directory services, handling messaging platforms, and enhancing the security of existing infrastructures. The team operates in an international context and is currently undergoing significant transformation, requiring an expert with advanced skills in telephony, particularly in software-based telephony solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Teams and other leading providers.
Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain telephony infrastructure services, ensuring high availability and performance across the IT environment.
Manage and execute service changes, including conducting impact assessments and planning rollbacks as necessary.
Provide Level 3 support for telephony-related issues to beneficiaries, troubleshooting and resolving complex incidents.
Actively contribute to ongoing and new projects related to telephony and IT workplace solutions.
Participate in meetings with various entities to align telephony strategies and share technical insights.
Ensure comprehensive documentation, including procedures, Design Acceptance Tests (DATs), and all other relevant materials, is maintained and up to date.
Mandatory Skills
Solid skills in MS Teams Telephony solutions
Knowledge of various Softphone solutions (NTT / ODIGO / AWS Connect / Cisco / Genesys / etc.)
Legacy telephony understanding (Cisco, PABx, etc.)
Appreciated Skills
Azure (Azure AD \ AD Connect) and its cross-functional links with other MS solutions/products
Powershell, to be able to maintain, transform and also create scripts
Windows servers in general (AD \ DNS \ DHCP \ etc.)

Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing complex operations for Microsoft Teams, Teams Enterprise Voice, and SharePoint Online environments. The individual drives service excellence by managing large-scale support initiatives, ensuring client SLAs are met, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical innovation. They empower teams through expert guidance, strategic problem-solving, and effective stakeholder communication. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee end-to-end operations management for Microsoft Teams, Teams EV, and SharePoint Online, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to client SLAs.
2. Utilize advanced knowledge of MS Teams and Teams EV administration tools to monitor system health, troubleshoot high-complexity incidents, and implement long-term solutions.
3. Lead process optimization initiatives leveraging automation and analytics within Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online environments to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
4. Mentor and empower support teams by providing expert guidance on advanced configuration, integration, and migration tasks using MS Teams and SharePoint Online technologies.
5. Engage directly with clients to analyze requirements, address escalations, and deliver tailored solutions using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online capabilities.
6. Develop and implement reporting frameworks for operational metrics using Microsoft 365 analytics tools to inform decision-making and support business objectives.
7. Introduce and advocate innovative practices and emerging technologies in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online to enhance collaboration and organizational productivity.
8. Ensure compliance and security standards are maintained across all MS Teams, Teams EV, and SharePoint Online operations.
Skill Requirements
