dans l'équipe Intégration, un environnement favorisant l'autonomie et l'ownership.
Agissant comme
un véritable chef de projet
, responsable d'un portefeuille de clients, du premier contact jusqu'à la mise en service complète de notre solution, tu vas piloter des projets concrets, à cycle court, avec un impact visible.
Missions :
- Gérer un portefeuille actif
de 30 à 80 projets clients en parallèle, sur les marchés francophones. - Piloter les installations à distance
(serveurs sur site ou cloud), planifier les étapes, guider les clients et s'assurer de la mise en service effective. - Coordonner les actions internes et externes
: mobiliser les ressources nécessaires, relancer les clients, lever les points de blocage. - Tenir les délais et
atteindre les objectifs de volume
: contribuer à l'installation de 100 % des solutions vendues par nos équipes commerciales. - Identifier les problèmes
, les qualifier et proposer systématiquement deux options : - une solution immédiate, même temporaire ;
- une solution durable, même ambitieuse.
- Contribuer à
l'amélioration des process
(guides, outils, documents internes et clients). - Participer activement aux rituels de gestion d'équipe : dailys, revues hebdomadaires des KPI, revue mensuelle des OKR.

Profil recherché :
- Tu es étudiant(e) en Top Ecole de commerce (BBA, Bachelor, césure ou fin d'études)
- Tu aimes coordonner, organiser, suivre et atteindre tes objectifs, tu es attiré(e) par tout ce qui touche au Project Management.
- Tu es autonome et tu possèdes un grand sens des responsabilités tout en gradant un esprit critique et constructif.
- Tu un(e) excellent(e) communiquant(e): tu sais accompagner, rassurer et convaincre des clients non techniques.
- Tu es doté(e) de l'esprit entrepreneurial et l'ingéniosité.
- Tu parles Français et Anglais couramment.

Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, Grafana, Aircall, WhatsApp, Typeform, terminal, outils internes, ChatGPT.
Conditions
- Durée : 6 mois
- Rémunération : 1 000 € / mois + TR + Remboursement 50% de transport
- Congés : non prévues sur la durée du stage
- Télétravail : non prévu sauf cas exceptionnel validé en amont
