Dans un environnement hautement compétitif et en forte transformation, vous aurez la responsabilité de développer l'activité Global Network Banking et de vous assurer qu'HSBC est positionnée comme la première banque d'entreprise internationale. Vous reporterez au Global Head of Network Banking (Directeur Mondial Network Banking).
Dans ce rôle, vous endosserez plusieurs responsabilités :
Gérer l'activité Global Network Banking en Europe et soutenir les filiales internationalesDéfinir, piloter et cascader la stratégie CIB à tous les niveaux de votre organisationManager les équipes Global Network Banking Europe et s'assurer du développement des talents et de la qualité des plans de successionManager les risques et garantir l'alignement avec les politiques internes de conformitéDéfinir et piloter la stratégie commerciale, pour les services et les produits, en s'appuyant sur le réseau HSBCGarantir une culture tournée vers l'excellence de la relation client, en proposant des offres de services et de produits adaptés aux besoins de nos clients en s'appuyant sur le réseau HSBC ; en anticipant leurs éventuels besoins futurs ; en créant des relations de confiance avec nos clients et en étant réactif dans le traitement d'éventuelles réclamationsGarantir une croissance raisonnable de la base clientsContribuer à l'image de CIB Europe sur le marché en participant à des événements externes et en entretenant votre réseau au sein de chambres de commerce par exempleCandidatez si vous vous sentez en adéquation avec ces compétences :
