At Sinay, we harness AI, big data, and maritime expertise to help the ocean industry operate more efficiently and sustainably. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our sales operations worldwide. You will manage the sales team, define go-to-market strategies, and build strong relationships with clients across maritime activities, offshore energy, environmental sectors, shipping and ports. Your mission will be to drive revenue growth, open new markets, and ensure Sinay's solutions create maximum impact for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute Sinay's sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Manage, coach, and develop the sales team to build a high-performance culture.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Europe and international markets.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and account growth.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on market needs.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to adjust strategy.
Develop sales forecasts, KPIs, and pipeline management processes.
Represent Sinay at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
