Product Strategy Analyst – AI Workflows

Location: Paris

Work setup: Hybrid (60% office, 40% remote)

Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi
to support the growth of their AI Workflow Accelerator in Paris, a forward-thinking product hub focused on reimagining how work gets done through AI and automation.

This is a chance to join one of Sanofi's most innovative digital product teams, where AI is used to simplify complex workflows and create impact at scale. The products you help shape will reach more than 50,000 Sanofi employees globally.

As a Product Strategy Analyst, you will work side by side with a Product Owner and a cross-functional team to design, build, and improve intelligent workflows that deliver measurable business value. It is a hands-on role with strong exposure to AI, product strategy, and agile delivery, offering a clear path to grow into a full Product Owner position.

What you will do


• Support the Product Owner in defining and maintaining the product roadmap and priorities


• Help facilitate discovery workshops with senior stakeholders and translate discussions into actionable backlog items


• Contribute to workflow design and configuration within the product platform


• Track, measure, and communicate the impact of product decisions


• Take an active part in agile ceremonies and sprint planning, ensuring clarity and alignment across the team


• Work in a fast-moving, iterative environment, with quarterly demos to Sanofi's Executive Committee

About you

You bring energy, curiosity, and structure to everything you do. You have worked on digital products and want to accelerate your path into full product ownership. You thrive in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment and enjoy learning how AI can make business processes smarter and more human.

You will likely have


• Experience as a junior product owner, product analyst, business analyst, or consultant within digital or data-driven environments


• Understanding of agile delivery, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle fundamentals


• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements


• Excellent communication skills in English (you will work daily with global stakeholders, particularly in the US and Canada)


• Curiosity about AI tools and automation, and eagerness to learn how to apply them in product development


• Motivation to grow, take ownership, and contribute actively to product outcomes
