Job Description

This position is to be filled for a period of 6 months starting on 6 January 2026.

We are looking for a Junior Email Marketing Manager to design and execute high-performing email campaigns aimed at promoting our luxury home rental, offering and strengthening our relationship with clients.

Part of the Marketing team, you will work in tandem with another Email Marketing Manager specialized in automated campaigns. Your focus will be on one-shot email campaigns:

  • Newsletters & tactical seasonal campaigns
  • Special emails: different departments may also request the creation of specific emails. e.g.: customer surveys, event invitations, etc.
  • 5 main audiences: clients, prospects, owners, partners, suspects (acquisition email campaigns)

To do so, you will work with a variety of teams: Brand, Performance, Tech, Sales, and Ops…

Your main responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate the above-mentioned campaigns
  • Copywriting
  • Build audience targeting
  • Develop campaign personalization when relevant
  • Conduct A/B tests on content and audiences for optimization purposes
  • Implement email marketing best practices
  • Analyze campaign performance and propose improvements
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to align email strategies with other communication channels
Qualifications
  • First experience in managing email campaigns is desirable
  • Knowledge of HubSpot is highly appreciated
  • Creativity and a good eye for aesthetics
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent written communication in French and English
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
