Wagram Executive, cabinet d'ingénierie et de conseil en recrutement spécialisé dans l'énergie et l'industrie, recherche pour l'un de ses clients parapétroliers un(e) HR Business Partner expérimenté(e) afin d'accompagner la croissance et la transformation de ses opérations.

Missions principales :

  • Business partnering RH: Conseiller les directions opérationnelles et managers sur l'ensemble du cycle RH (workforce planning, recrutement, intégration, développement, mobilité, relations sociales).
  • Talent management: Déployer les People Reviews, plans de succession, politiques de développement des compétences, performance & objectives setting, plans de formation.
  • Recrutement et attractivité: Piloter les recrutements clés (onshore/offshore, engineering, QHSE, projet), optimiser l'expérience candidat, professionnaliser les pratiques d'évaluation.
  • Relations individuelles & collectives: Apporter un support de premier niveau en droit social, gérer les IRP en lien avec la Direction (selon périmètre), prévenir les risques psychosociaux, assurer un climat social de qualité.
  • Rémunération & avantages: Contribuer aux campagnes salariales, équité interne, benchmarks, politique avantages, communication managériale sur la rémunération.
  • Transformation & projets RH: Conduire des projets transverses (digital HRIS, GPEC/GEPP, diversité & inclusion, QVCT), harmoniser les process et indicateurs RH, diffuser la culture performance & sécurité.
  • Pilotage RH: Mettre en place et suivre les KPI (turnover, absentéisme, staffing projets, time-to-hire), produire le reporting pour la direction, proposer des plans d'actions data-driven.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Droit Social ou Ecole de Commerce/Ingénieur avec spécialisation RH.
  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience sur une fonction HR Business Partner ou Généraliste RH confirmée dans un environnement industriel exigeant; expérience Oil & Gas/énergies/parapétrolier fortement appréciée.
  • Solides bases en relations sociales, droit du travail, gestion de la performance, développement RH, conduite du changement.
  • Maîtrise d'un SIRH et des outils analytiques (Excel/BI), culture du KPI et orientation résultats.
  • Anglais courant écrit et oral; capacité à évoluer dans un contexte international multi-sites.
  • Qualités attendues: leadership d'influence, sens du client interne, confidentialité, rigueur d'exécution, sens politique, agilité et pragmatisme.

  • Contrat: CDI, statut cadre.
  • Localisation: Île-de-France ou site client (selon organisation), déplacements ponctuels sur sites (onshore/offshore selon besoins).
