Why we need this roleAt Colt, we're expanding our presence in France and seeking a high-performing New Business Account Executive to drive growth by acquiring new French multinational mid-market customers.
What you will do- Lead strategic sales engagements with French mid-market multinational prospects.
- Reignite and grow underutilized or dormant accounts through tailored, consultative approaches.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
- Drive solution-based sales across Colt's portfolio, including networking, cloud, and digital infrastructure.
- Lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver seamless pre- and post-sales execution.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline using modern sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC).
- Proven success in new business development and enterprise solution sales.
- Experience selling into French multinational mid-market companies, ideally in telecom, IT services, or digital infrastructure.
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to influence at the executive level.
- A strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering customer outcomes.
- A self-starter attitude with a hunter mentality and a drive to win.
