YOUR FUTURE POSITION

Within the Talent Acquisition centre of expertise, you will be managed by the IT/Finance/CSR/Quality Talent Acquisition Partner.

MISSIONS

You will be responsible for a recruitment campaign for interns and work-study students for the second half of 2026.

You will therefore manage your recruitment portfolio for Bel's headquarters in Suresnes and Materne by Bel's headquarters in Dardilly. You will oversee all stages of the recruitment process from A to Z for internships and apprendiceship programmes in the areas of Sales/Marketing or IT/Finance/CSR/Quality: briefings with managers, publishing job offers, sourcing & pre-selection, HR telephone interviews, recruitment follow-up & candidate feedback.

You will also assist the Campus Manager with campus activities and be involved in the following tasks:

• Participating in the skills development of our interns through information sessions throughout the internship, such as setting up HR workshops for students
• Leading the community of interns/work-study students by organising various events (after-work gatherings, lunches, etc.)
• Facilitate internal communication for interns and work-study students.
• Participate in the deployment of our school relations strategy (school/university forums, school events, ambassador programme).
• Participate in the deployment of actions aimed at diversity in the workplace (disability agreement, solidarity commitments, etc)
• Participation in various projects Recruitment as needed.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a student on a gap year or nearing the end of your studies.
• You want to gain expertise in recruitment.
• You are comfortable speaking and listening to your interlocutors (internal and external).
• You are known for your rigour and organisational skills
• You are proactive
• You are comfortable speaking and writing in French and English
