Your mission

High-Value Sales & Market Acquisition: Approx. 85% Sales / 15% Management

  • Core Focus: Acquisition of (leading) car dealer groups in France. Average of 3 meetings per week , aiming for mid five-figure Annual Recurring Revenues (ARRs).
  • Develop the go-to-market strategy: driving customer acquisition, managing the entire sales process, building a strong partner network.
Face to Market & Strategic Relationship Building
  • Representation: Responsible for building up the customer base in France and acting as the company's representative at relevant events.
  • Network Building: Establish a strong personal network within the car industry.
  • Act as an interface to the international OEM & Partnership Team, and collaborate closely with Marketing, CSM and other internal departments.
Strategic Leadership
  • Strategy & Growth: Development and implementation of a strategic business plan to achieve the company's sales goals in France to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Building, coaching and managing a local sales colleague in France.
Market Analysis & Performance Reporting
  • Continuous monitoring and analysis of local market trends and competitors in the French Automotive and FinTech scene.
  • Regular and structured reporting to the VP Sales Europe on country performance, sales activities, market insights and strategic recommendations.
Your profile
  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship or comparable.
  • You see your strengths in the area of Business Development, Sales and Networking.
  • You bring at least 10 years of Sales experience and ideally have already built and scaled digital B2B business models or successfully acquired customers in the SaaS sector. A strong network in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Ideally, you have initial management experience and are senior enough to negotiate at C-level (dealers, associations, etc.).
  • You are flexible, able to adapt quickly and have a high degree of independence.
  • You are business fluent in French and English or German and keen to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are willing to travel frequently for business across France and you hold a valid driver's license.
