Aujourd'hui, afin de renforcer l'équipe orientée Digital de notre client dans le secteur de l'enseignement supérieur de médecine, nous recherchons :

Un(e) Project & Product Manager senior ERP

Vous piloterez le produit ERP afin d?offrir la meilleure expérience possible aux cibles et aux clients (étudiants, parents, prospects) ainsi qu'aux équipes internes (pédagogie, scolarité, comptabilité, commercial).

L?ERP, développé en interne, est le socle d?une plateforme digitale inédite en construction, dans un contexte global de transformation digitale du groupe.

Le/la Product Manager reportera directement au CTPO et s?appuiera sur une équipe de 5 personnes pour le développement du Produit.

Les enjeux à adresser

  • Sécuriser le déploiement multi-sites d?une refonte complète de l?ERP, adressant les besoins de nombreux personae
  • Optimiser la productivité des équipes internes
  • Contribuer activement à la dynamique de transformation digitale enclenchée par le Groupe

Les missions associées

Pilotage global du Produit

Animation de la roadmap Produit avec une approche orientée impact, en lien avec la stratégie du groupe et via compilation/priorisation des besoins utilisateurs

Pilotage du backlog et du delivery en assurant un niveau de qualité élevé

Cadrages technico-fonctionnels

Collecte et priorisation des retours et besoins des utilisateurs

Coordination de l?équipe de développement (PO/UX, développeurs et QA)

Tests des nouvelles versions

Pilotage de l?intégration technique d?autres systèmes : CRM, LMS

Pilotage du Projet de déploiement sur l?ensemble des 32 sites en France

Consolider la stratégie de déploiement en intégrant les contraintes opérationnelles et les enjeux métiers

Préparer les déploiements : formalisation des process métiers, formations et tutoriaux, coordination de migration technique, ?

Accompagner les utilisateurs au changement et mettre en place le support et la collecte des retours efficaces

Reporting régulier sur les avancées et le suivi des KPI

Profil candidat:

Votre profil :

Au moins 5 années d?expérience dans un rôle de Product Manager/Owner sur des projets d?ampleur et dans des environnements agiles

Disposant d?un fort background technique afin d?appréhender rapidement les enjeux et problématiques techniques (expérience en développement ou IA ou outils d'automatisation, ex : Make, Zapier, N8N).

Capable de faire des interconnexions via API

Au moins une expérience significative de pilotage d?un projet complexe de déploiement d?un outil ERP et d?accompagnement au changement

Rigoureux/se, structurant(e) et pragmatique

Orienté(e) impacts et solutions

Très bonne capacité de communication, d?écoute et de synthèse
