Job Description
Product Manager (PM) / Product Owner (PO)
Product Manager / Product Owner, you will play a key role in the management and development of our products. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product lifecycle, and coordinating teams to ensure we create products that meet customer needs while aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management: Define and implement the long-term product strategy based on market needs and company goals.
Planning and Roadmap: Develop the product roadmap and work with teams to prioritize development tasks based on user needs, technical feasibility, and business value.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams (development, design, marketing, sales, etc.) and external stakeholders to ensure product consistency and quality.
Requirements Gathering: Collect and analyze feedback from users, customers, and internal teams to improve existing features and prioritize new initiatives.
Agile Project Management: Manage projects in an agile framework (SCRUM, Kanban), write User Stories, define acceptance criteria, and track task progress.
Product Launch: Plan, coordinate, and execute new product or feature launches in close collaboration with marketing and communication teams.
KPI Tracking: Measure product performance using KPIs, propose optimizations, and continuously monitor to meet performance targets.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an agile environment.
• Strong product management skills with the ability to define a clear product vision and translate it into actionable tasks.
• Expertise in agile project management methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and task prioritization skills.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience in tracking and analyzing product KPIs.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
• Proficiency in English is a plus, depending on company needs.
Additional Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in [specific industry or technology].
• Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
